Permits
Depending on where you live, your roofing permit comes from the county or your city. We pull the permit and schedule the inspections for you.
Insurance
Florida insurers can't refuse to renew a policy just because a roof is under 15 years old. If your roof is 15 or older, an inspection showing at least 5 years of life left keeps age from being the reason for a refusal. A wind mitigation inspection can also lower your premium.
