Repairs and storm damage

Roof repairs, leaks and storm damage.

A leak will keep coming back until the real cause is fixed. We find the source, repair it and photograph the work so you have a record for your insurance.

What we repair

  • Cracked, slipped or missing tiles and shingles
  • Flashing around walls, chimneys, skylights and pipes
  • Damaged valleys and ridges
  • Storm damage, including lifted sections, impact damage and wind-driven rain
  • Emergency tarping, any time after a storm

Finding the leak

Water travels, so a ceiling stain can be a long way from where the leak starts. We check the roof and the attic to find where water is getting in, and fix it at the source.

Storm damage and your claim

In Florida, you have 1 year from the date of loss to report a claim to your insurer, and 18 months for a supplemental claim. We provide dated photos, a written damage report and an itemized estimate to support your claim. Learn more in our storm and insurance guide.

Repair or replace?

On an older roof, a large repair can trigger the 25% rule. We check the permit history first and explain which rule applies to you. Learn more in our 25% rule guide.
