Metal roofing

Metal roofs that last.

DECRA stone-coated steel, standing seam and 5V crimp. Metal lasts a long time, needs little upkeep and is lighter than other roofing, which helps on older homes.

Metal roof options

  • Standing seam has hidden fasteners and clean vertical lines. It's the longest-lasting metal option and a popular choice for modern and coastal homes.
  • 5V crimp has exposed fasteners and a traditional Florida look at a lower cost.
  • DECRA stone-coated steel is shaped and coated to look like tile or shake, but weighs much less than tile.

Why metal works in hurricane country

Metal sheds water quickly, doesn't hold debris and is light enough that older homes rarely need structural work to support it. Properly installed panels are rated for high winds. Warranty terms depend on the product, and we go over them with every quote.

Noise, heat and lightning

Installed over a solid deck with underlayment, a metal roof isn't much louder in the rain than tile. Reflective finishes help keep your attic cooler. Metal doesn't attract lightning, and if it's ever struck, it safely carries the charge to the ground.
