What your HOA can decide
Florida requires every homeowners' association to adopt hurricane protection specifications. Those can include the color and style of products like roofing, and the board can require you to match the community's existing look.

The board or its architectural committee can't deny an application to install or replace hurricane protection that meets the specifications it adopted. Under the law, hurricane protection includes roof systems recognized by the Florida Building Code that meet ASCE 7-22 standards.
Fla. Stat. 720.3035(6)(b), (c)In short, your HOA can choose the colors, but it can't block a code-compliant roof that matches them.
Tile styles we install
- Flat tile gives a clean, modern look and is common in newer Naples communities.
- S tile and barrel tile give a classic Mediterranean look, often seen on Marco Island and in older Naples neighborhoods.
- Concrete or clay: clay usually holds its color longer and costs more, while concrete is heavier and costs less.
- Brands we install: Eagle, Westlake Royal and Crown. Ask us which ones are on your HOA's approved list.
