For seasonal residents

Away for the summer? We'll handle your roof.

Many Southwest Florida homeowners spend the summer up north, and summer is a good time for a new roof. Here's how we handle the job while you're away.

Why summer works well

It's easier to schedule, and you won't be living through the noise of a tear-off. Afternoon rain is common, so we seal up each section of the roof the same day we open it.

How we handle it while you're away

  1. Video inspection. We walk the roof with you on a video call, or send you a recording.
  2. Online signing. You can review and sign your estimate and contract online.
  3. Permit updates. We send you the permit number so you can follow the inspections.
  4. Gate and HOA. We coordinate gate access, HOA color approval and the dumpster notice.
  5. Video walk-through. When the job is done, we walk you through it on video and send you the photos for your records and your insurer.

No key needed

Replacing a roof doesn't require access to the inside of your home. If a leak repair does, we'll coordinate with your property manager or a neighbor and photograph the inside before and after.

Leaving in the spring? Have us check your roof before you go. A loose tile found in April is a simple repair. Found in October after a storm, it can turn into an insurance claim.
